Quoting the authors website

“HeidiSQL is a useful and reliable tool designed for web developers using the popular MySQL server, and Microsoft SQL databases. It enables you to browse and edit data, create and edit tables, views, procedures, triggers and scheduled events. Also, you can export structure and data either to SQL file, clipboard or to other servers.”

You can download it from here: http://www.heidisql.com/

So to configure the tunel just open Heidi and click on new.

On the tab Settings you will choose MySQL (SSH tunnel)

from the network and you will use the mysql credentials

heidi-settings.jpg

and then in the ssh tunnel you add the linux server ssh credentials.
